The main objectives of the project:

The project “Raising awareness of vulnerable adults in Kirovograd region on safe migration and employment” is aimed at raising awareness of vulnerable adults about the phenomenon of human trafficking and the basic rules of safe migration and employment.
Conducting two two-day online trainings on training trainers in safe migration and employment for people working with vulnerable groups of vulnerable adults.
Participants are employees of 22 employment centers and 15 probation centers in Kirovograd region. After the training, it is planned that the training participants will conduct 74 information events/individual consultations using the online tool provided by IOM on safe migration and employment among the unemployed population of Kirovograd region (at least 840 people) and persons registered with the State Institution “Probation Center” of Kirovograd region (at least 300 people). The events will be accompanied by online supervision for 37 institutions. Remote support by phone and online, meetings on the Zoom platform are planned for more effective information events/individual consultations using the online tool provided by IOM, by trained trainers.
In addition, a press conference is planned. The purpose of the event is to draw public attention to the issues of safe migration.
